A medical check-up allows for continuity of previous care. It is aimed at people who have already been evaluated by the Dr. Dino González and need to review their evolution, available history, results or next steps within the corresponding clinical context.
What can be reviewed in a control
- Evolution since the last attention and response to the instructions received.
- Medications or measures already indicated, when appropriate, review them.
- Results of available examinations and their relationship with clinical history.
- Need for follow-up, plan adjustment, in-person evaluation or referral.
How to prepare
Have on hand the previous instructions, an updated list of medications and the results that the professional has requested to review. It is not necessary to send them in the first WhatsApp message: the initial coordination should be limited to identifying that this is a control.

An Electronic Fee Bill is delivered to request reimbursement for your Isapre or complementary health insurance. Particular attention to people affiliated with Fonasa and Isapres (the ticket does not guarantee a direct bonus on the Fonasa website).
